    What data we collect

    We only process the data you voluntarily provide when submitting the contact form:

    • Full name, work email and company.
    • Job title and country (job title is optional).
    • The topic of your inquiry and, if you choose to add it, a description of what is happening.
    • The language you browse in, so we can reply in it.

    What we use it for

    We use your data solely to answer your inquiry, within an indicative 48 business hours, and, if you wish, to continue the conversation about the process you raise.

    When you submit the form we also send you an automatic email confirming receipt. We do not use your data for advertising and we do not build profiles with it.

    Legal basis

    The legal basis for processing is your consent, given by ticking the box in the form (Art. 6(1)(a) of the General Data Protection Regulation and Art. 5 of Argentina’s Personal Data Protection Law 25,326). You may withdraw it at any time without affecting the lawfulness of prior processing.

    How long we keep it

    We keep your data for as long as needed to handle your inquiry and for no more than 12 months after our last contact, unless a professional relationship begins, in which case the applicable statutory periods apply.

    Who we share it with

    We do not sell or disclose your data to third parties. To provide the service we rely on providers acting as data processors, under the safeguards required by law:

    • Cloudflare, Inc.: website hosting and anti-bot verification (Turnstile).
    • Resend (Plus Five Five, Inc.): delivery of contact and confirmation emails.

    International transfers

    Some of these providers may process data outside the European Economic Area or Argentina, particularly in the United States. These transfers rely on the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework and/or the Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission.

    Your rights

    You may exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction of processing and portability at any time by writing to info@gublan.com and stating the right you wish to exercise.

    If you believe we have not handled your data properly, you may lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es) or Argentina’s Agency for Access to Public Information (argentina.gob.ar/aaip).

    Cookies

    This website does not use advertising or analytics cookies, and it does not store information in your browser. The language is chosen through the page address itself (/ for Spanish and /en for English).

    To protect the form against automated submissions we use Cloudflare Turnstile, which analyzes technical browser signals for the sole purpose of telling people and bots apart.

    Security

    We apply technical and organizational measures to protect your data: the website is always served over HTTPS, the form is validated on the server and access to inquiries is restricted to the GUBLAN team.
